When you order a box, I prep the shortbread base and slow-cook the caramel for my Millionaire slices just hours before your Mumbai pickup or delivery. ### Small Batch Baking, Real Ingredients I believe the best desserts happen in small batches. When you order a box of my brownies or bars, you aren't getting something that has been sitting on a shelf. You are getting a treat baked in my home kitchen, using quality butter, dark chocolate, and homemade fillings. I prefer to keep things fresh and manageable, which is why I focus on perfecting classics like my fudgy brownies and experimenting with fun mashups. ### My Signature Treats - **Brookies:** The best of both worlds. I take a rich, dark chocolate brownie base and top it with thick chocolate chip cookie dough. You get the chew of a brownie with the bite of a cookie in every square. - **Millionaire Shortbread:** This is a labor of love. It has three distinct layers: a crumbly, buttery shortbread crust, a smooth layer of caramel I make from scratch, and a crisp dark chocolate ganache on top. It is rich, so a little goes a long way. - **Blondies:** For those who prefer a non-chocolate base, I bake dense blondies. My personal favorite is the Lotus Biscoff version, which brings a nice spiced caramel flavor to the mix. ### Ordering & Freshness Everything is made-to-order. Whether you are in Vikhroli or anywhere else in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, my goal is to deliver these while they are still at their best. Because I use fresh, preservative-free ingredients, I recommend enjoying your box within a few days of arrival for the best texture. If you have any specific dietary requirements, like needing an eggless batch, just let me know when you place your order. ## About Jahan Hi, I’m Jahan!
