I intentionally pair these tart berries with sweet, creamy layers to ensure the flavour is balanced rather than just sugary. If you prefer something light, my Tres Leches options are soaked in a milk mixture that lets the natural fruit shine through without feeling heavy. When the seasons shift, my kitchen changes. I get so excited when the fresh crate of raspberries and blueberries arrives, and I believe that is the best time to bake. My goal with this collection is to make sure you taste the fruit, not just the sugar. That is why I spend time sourcing high-quality berries that actually have flavour. In my Raspberry Biscoff Cheesecake, for example, the crunch of the spiced biscuit base provides a textural contrast to the soft, tart fruit. It is a balance I have spent years perfecting. Everything you see here is made to order in our Mumbai and Bangalore kitchens. Whether you choose the Mixed Berry Gateau with its toasted almond coating or the lighter Raspberry Tres Leches, you are getting something that was baked just for your celebration. If you are not sure which one to pick, remember that our berry cakes are at their best when served chilled. If you have any specific requests regarding eggless options or dietary preferences, just let me know when you reach out. ## About Deliciae by Bunty Mahajan I am Bunty.
