## About Daily Tiffin & Thali Service

I handle the entire kitchen process personally, which is how I ensure quality. Every morning, I pick up fresh, seasonal vegetables from the local market, and we grind our own masalas in small batches so they stay aromatic. You will notice the difference in the dal and sabzi—they are lighter, cooked in shudh ghee, and designed to be eaten daily without making you feel heavy or sluggish.

Eating outside daily can be tiring, and finding truly home-cooked food in Delhi can feel impossible. My daily tiffin service is designed to solve that problem. Whether you are living in a PG, working in an office nearby, or just managing a busy household, I ensure you get a meal that feels like someone cooked it specifically for you, not for a business.

### Why my daily meals are different
*   **No Shortcuts:** I use pure ingredients. My masalas are ground by hand, and I cook exclusively in shudh ghee. There are no preservatives, and I control the oil levels so your lunch doesn't make you feel lethargic in the afternoon.
*   **Daily Variety:** The menu changes every day to keep things interesting. One day you might get comforting Aloo Gobhi, and the next, a rich Dal Makhani or my signature Chicken Curry.
*   **Smart Packaging:** Your food arrives in sealed 5-compartment trays or insulated steel tiffins, carefully handled to keep rotis soft and the gravy warm until you open it.
