My idli batter is ground daily right here in my kitchen, and our sambhar is simmered slowly with hand-ground spices, ensuring every bite is light, healthy, and retains that authentic, homemade quality. For us, South Indian food is about getting the balance of flavours right. Whether you need a refreshing lunch for your office, a healthy tiffin for the family, or a few dishes for a small get-together, we deliver consistency. We prepare our Rava Idlis to be light and fluffy, pairing them with a tangy, aromatic sambhar that is never too oily. Our lemon rice is a local favourite, garnished with fried cashews and raisins for that perfect touch. We avoid all preservatives and focus on using fresh ingredients so you can enjoy a meal that never feels heavy.
