We prepare your snacks in our kitchen using the same spices I grind for my own family, ensuring every samosa and kebab has an authentic, home-cooked taste. Whether you need a small batch of Dahi Bhallas for a kitty party or a full chaat spread for 50 guests, everything is cooked fresh with zero preservatives. ### Bringing the Home Kitchen to Your Party Planning a get-together in South Delhi should be fun, not a stress test. When you book our snacks and chaat catering, you are not getting mass-produced items sitting in warming trays. We handle everything from the prep to the final plate. ### Our Signature Snacks Our menu focuses on the staples of a great North Indian party. We are known for our cocktail samosas—bite-sized, perfectly crispy treats—and our shammi kebabs that stay soft on the inside. All our chaat, including Dahi Bhalla and Papdi, uses fresh, thick curd and our signature homemade chutneys, not store-bought packets. ### Why Clients Choose Us * **Freshly Ground Masalas:** We do not rely on generic spice blends. We grind our own, which gives our snacks a distinctive flavor profile you will not find in standard catering. * **Shudh Ghee Cooking:** Quality is non-negotiable. We fry and sauté in pure ghee, keeping the food light and healthy. * **Customizable Spicing:** If you or your guests prefer less oil or mild spice levels, just let us know. We adjust the heat to ensure everyone enjoys the food. ### How It Works Whether you are hosting a small kitty party for 10 or an office event for 50, we offer two ways to serve: 1. **Drop-off:** We deliver neatly packed, spill-proof containers of snacks, ready to serve on your own crockery. 2. **Live Counter:** For larger gatherings, we can set up a station at your venue, serving hot tikkis, kebabs, and chaat directly to your guests. Send us a message with your guest count and date, and let us plan a menu that your guests will actually enjoy. ## About DefCol Rasoi I am Sneha, and at DefCol Rasoi, we treat your party like our own.
