For intimate groups of 10 to 30 people, I personally recommend our live station setup. Having our chef prepare fresh Tawa Aloo Tikki or Kebabs right in front of your guests adds a special, engaging touch to the party while ensuring the food is served piping hot, exactly the way it should be. When you book us for a small event, you aren't just ordering food; you are essentially bringing a home kitchen into your party space. Whether you are hosting a pooja, a kitty party, or a corporate lunch in South Delhi, we handle the logistics so you don't have to stress. ### How We Work * **Drop-off Service:** Perfect for casual home gatherings. We deliver your chosen spread in high-quality bulk containers. It is hassle-free, hygienic, and ready to serve. * **Live Station Catering:** This is our specialty for birthdays and small anniversaries. We bring our own setup and a chef to prepare starters like Tawa Aloo Tikki, Paneer Tikka, or fresh Kebabs live. It transforms a simple meal into a memorable experience for your guests. * **Custom Menu Planning:** Tired of standard fixed menus? We let you mix and match. Choose your favorite North Indian mains, pair them with our signature Dal Makhni or Pindi Channa, and build a feast that your family actually loves. ### Why Choose Us? We keep things light and healthy. We use shudh ghee, avoid preservatives, and keep the oil levels manageable. If you have specific preferences—like low spice for elders or a specific combo of snacks—just let us know when we discuss your event date. We cater to groups of 4 to 100 people across South Delhi, ensuring every dish feels personal, made with the same ingredients I would use for my own family. ## About DefCol Rasoi Hi, I'm Sneha Sharma from DefCol Rasoi.
