Because I cook everything in small, manageable batches using my own freshly ground spices, we can customize spice levels or mix-and-match your favorite appetizers exactly how you like them. Just keep in mind that since I source fresh ingredients for every order, we require a 48-hour notice to get everything perfect for your guests. ### How We Make Your Festivals Special Food is the heart of every celebration, and I believe it should taste like home, not like it came from a factory. My approach to festive catering is simple: real ingredients, shudh ghee, and absolutely no reheating. #### Why Host with DefCol Rasoi? * **Customization:** Whether you need a sattvic Navratri meal, a rich North Indian feast for Diwali, or a Continental spread for Christmas, I work with you to plan a menu that fits your guest list. * **Quality You Can Taste:** We don't use preservatives or shortcuts. Every masala is ground in our kitchen, and every vegetable is handpicked. * **Flexibility:** We cater for groups from 4 to 100 people. You can choose a drop-off service where we deliver in bulk containers, or we can set up a live station at your venue for that hot-off-the-tawa experience. #### Popular Festive Options * **Small Gatherings:** Perfect for kitty parties or intimate birthdays. We offer classic starters like Shammi Kebabs and Dahi Bhalla alongside main courses like Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken. * **Festive Feasts:** During seasons like Diwali or Rakhi, we curate special menus featuring festive favorites such as Keema Pav, Cocktail Samosas, and traditional sweets like Rasmalai. * **Sattvic & Dietary Needs:** We are fully equipped to handle specific requests, including pure vegetarian and sattvic meals for fasting periods. If you have a specific theme in mind, let me know. We love experimenting and creating the right spread for your home. ## About DefCol Rasoi I am Sneha, and I started this kitchen because I wanted to bring that exact 'ghar ka' taste to your celebrations.
