Whether they join me from nearby Malad or travel from abroad, I ensure everyone gets hands-on practice on live models rather than plastic dummies. By graduation day, they are fully equipped to handle clients independently, manage their own nail stations, and execute complex designs. When you finish a course at my academy, you are not just getting a certificate. You are leaving with the practical skills needed to survive in the competitive nail industry. ### Why My Students Succeed Many of my graduates arrive with zero experience, often nervous about holding a drill machine or handling acrylic ratios. We change that through 15 to 25 days of intensive training. My philosophy is simple: if you do not practice on real human hands, you have not really learned. My students work on 15 to 20 live models during their tenure. This creates the muscle memory required for perfect shaping, cuticle work, and complex art like 3D sculpting or marble effects. ### What Happens After Graduation The diploma you receive is proof of your hard work, but your confidence is the real qualification. I see my graduates setting up their own studios or getting placed in Mumbai salons immediately after finishing. My goal is to make sure you never have to guess what to do when a client walks in. You will have the technical knowledge, the hygiene protocols, and the business basics to succeed.
