I don't just place a backdrop; I build a focal point using a sturdy 8x8ft frame, then soften it with 400+ organic-style balloons and custom acrylic signage. If you are worried about your venue space, don't be. I have worked in layouts ranging from compact living rooms to large halls and can scale the castle architecture to fit your specific floor plan perfectly. ### Transforming Your Venue into a Kingdom When I design a fairy tale party, the goal is immersion. I want the kids to feel like they have walked into a storybook the moment they enter the room. To achieve this, I move beyond simple props and create full-scale scenes. **What usually goes into a setup:** * **The Main Stage:** An 8x8ft custom printed flex or wood panel backdrop. This is where the birthday cake goes and where most of the photos happen. * **Organic Balloon Art:** I use 400 to 500 balloons of varying sizes to create that lush, organic garland look that drapes over the castle or archway. * **Personalization:** Every princess needs her name on display. I include custom acrylic name cutouts or neon signage, which you get to keep or return depending on your package. * **Detailed Accents:** From life-sized floral arrangements to floating butterfly cutouts, these small details add the magic that guests notice. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Can you accommodate my child’s specific favorite princess?** Yes. While I have standard 'Princess' and 'Fairy Tale' templates, I can add character-specific cutouts, color palettes, and themes to match exactly what your child is obsessed with right now. **How much space do I need?** An 8x8ft backdrop is standard, but if you have a smaller space, let me know. I can create a scaled-down version or focus on an entrance arch and photo booth area instead. **Do you handle the cleanup?** I handle the setup and the breakdown. Once the party is over, my team returns to dismantle the structure and clear out the decor, so you aren't left with a massive cleanup task. ## About Decorty I’m the founder of Decorty, and honestly, creating fairy tale worlds is my favorite part of the job.
