High-rise balconies require serious attention to waterproofing, floor leveling, and electrical safety before the aesthetic elements like WPC panels or lighting are even considered. Our team manages every aspect of this construction phase, ensuring that the dusty, heavy-lifting work happens without disrupting your home's peace. When you look at our terrace designs, you see the finished luxury, but the transformation process is where the real work happens. Many balconies in Noida start as grey, exposed concrete slabs that aren't optimized for our harsh weather. Turning them into lush retreats requires addressing structural fundamentals first. ### The Reality of Renovation - **Waterproofing & Masonry:** We begin by dismantling existing tiles and ensuring the base is properly waterproofed. This is non-negotiable for high-rise terraces to prevent leakage issues later. - **Durable Infrastructure:** Whether we are building L-shaped bench seating or custom MS (Mild Steel) pergolas, we use anti-rust coatings and high-density foam for cushions, ensuring the space holds up to the elements. - **Hardscaping:** We favor materials like WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) fluted panels and stone cladding. These are chosen for their resilience against sun and rain, providing a warm, modern look that doesn't fade like natural wood. ### Our Process We handle the entire journey from the first site visit to the final handover. You will not need to coordinate between masons, electricians, and painters. We oversee the installation of IP65-rated waterproof lighting, CNC metal screens for privacy, and irrigation for your vertical gardens. By the time we finish, the structural foundation is solid, the lighting is ambient, and the space is ready for you to enjoy. If you have a specific vision for your balcony or terrace, we work with you to make it a reality, step by step. ## About Decode Interior We are Decode Interior, a Noida-based team that believes your home should reflect your story.
