I spend time understanding the expression or the moment behind it, often using premium Mijello Mission watercolors or detailed ink lines on 300 GSM cotton paper. It is not just about the likeness, but about bringing out the character, like that contemplative gaze of a sadhu, so the artwork feels alive. I have always been drawn to the stories etched on faces. It started with quick sketches of 'chai wale bhaiyya' in our local streets and evolved into detailed watercolors of dancers and heritage figures. For these portraits, I prioritize archival quality materials like Arches or Saunders Waterford paper because I want your artwork to last for generations. If you are looking for a portrait of a loved one or a character study to add to your home, I offer two distinct approaches. My watercolor portraits bring out soft, atmospheric details, while my ink and mixed media sketches focus on raw lines and character strength. Every piece is hand-signed and arrives ready for you to frame. Whether it is a traditional Rajasthani woman or a cultural icon, I paint with the intent of preserving a moment in time. Just send me the reference photo, and we can discuss the medium that best captures the personality you have in mind. ## About Debolina Majumdar Yadav Hi, I am Debolina.
