Our packages include everything from 10x8ft backdrops and floral arches to specialized lighting like marquee numbers and neon signs, so you get a complete, ready-to-use stage without the stress of managing multiple vendors. Every family milestone deserves a specific look. When we design for a Holy Communion, we focus on clean lines, soft fabric draping, and symbolic elements that respect the solemnity of the occasion. For milestone birthdays, like a 75th or a 1st, we shift gears to include high-energy elements like shimmer walls, personalized neon signage, and custom props that make the stage a focal point for photos. ### Customizing Your Milestone We do not believe in one-size-fits-all decorations. If you are planning a Bhramopadesha, we can bring in traditional elements like bamboo structures and natural motifs to create an authentic atmosphere. For more modern celebrations, we use LED PAR can lighting for color washing and geometric frames to add depth to the stage. ### What to Expect * **Setups:** Our standard stages start at 10x8ft, but we can scale up depending on the venue size and event type. * **Design:** We incorporate a mix of high-quality artificial silk flowers and fresh seasonal fillers to get the right aesthetic without the maintenance of full fresh-flower setups. * **Lighting:** We include standard uplighting to ensure your stage looks consistent in photos, regardless of the venue's natural light. * **Logistics:** We handle the full setup and teardown process, usually requiring 3-4 hours on-site, allowing you to focus on the guests instead of the venue logistics. ## About DC Events & Concepts We are the team behind DC Events & Concepts, and we treat every milestone—from your little one’s First Holy Communion to a 75th birthday bash—like it’s our own.
