Whether you want the classic coconut motif customized for your stage backdrop or a floral-heavy canopy for the ceremony, we tailor the setup to your specific venue space. The Roce ceremony is an intimate pre-wedding tradition, and we treat it with the care it deserves. Our approach is to take the elements that matter to you—like the traditional coconut signage or specific flower color palettes—and integrate them into a polished, contemporary design. We often use a mix of fabric drapes, warm fairy lights, and lush artificial flowers to create a backdrop that feels grand but still personal. If your venue is in Kundapura, Udupi, or nearby coastal areas, we can adapt our designs to fit both indoor halls and outdoor settings. We pay close attention to the details that make the stage stand out: * **Custom Backdrops:** We create personalized name boards that incorporate meaningful motifs like coconuts, ensuring the setup feels unique to you. * **Lighting:** We use strategically placed uplighters and string lights to highlight the stage area without overpowering the ceremony itself. * **Floral Styling:** From dense floral arches to minimalist clusters, we adjust the volume of flowers to match your vision and budget. We believe the decor should provide a beautiful frame for your family moments, not distract from them. Our team handles the entire setup and teardown, so you have one less thing to worry about on your big day. ## About DC Events & Concepts We are DC Events & Concepts, a team dedicated to making your event moments feel special.
