We often use lightweight bamboo for rustic outdoor setups or box truss for heavy-duty floral walls, ensuring the entrance remains stable and visually striking without overcrowding your venue space. Your entrance is the first point of contact for guests and a critical opportunity to build excitement. We focus on transforming standard access points into immersive gateways that match the theme of your event, whether it is a traditional Catholic wedding or a lively birthday celebration. ### Design Considerations We look at the venue layout before proposing a structure. For indoor halls in Udupi or Bangalore, we rely on portable, freestanding metal frames that don't damage walls or floors. For outdoor events in Trasi or Kundapura, we build robust structures that can withstand light wind and integrate seamlessly with the natural surroundings. ### Material and Style - **Florals:** We mix high-quality silk flowers with fresh seasonal fillers to ensure the arch stays vibrant throughout the event, even under direct sunlight. - **Signage:** We incorporate personalized welcome boards, caricature cutouts, or neon typography to give the entry a personal identity. - **Walkways:** Depending on the venue, we use red or green carpets, floral pedestals, or string-light pathways to guide guests toward the main stage. ### Practical Logistics Setup time typically ranges from 3 to 5 hours. We manage the installation of power for lighting and the mounting of floral structures to ensure nothing obstructs the flow of guest traffic. If your venue has specific restrictions on nailing or structure mounting, we have plenty of modular, non-invasive solutions ready to go. ## About DC Events & Concepts We are the DC Events team, and we treat every entrance like it is the cover of a storybook. When guests arrive, we want them to feel an immediate shift from the outside world into your celebration, whether it is a quiet home ceremony or a high-energy reception.
