You will see us on-site during critical phases like site marking, where we translate 2D plans into physical reality. If we are pouring footing concrete or selecting travertine marble for your facade, we keep you updated with virtual walkthroughs. This way, you stay in the loop, regardless of whether you are in Bangalore, Davangere, or living abroad. Building a home is an emotional journey, not just a technical one. We avoid the headache of coordinating with multiple vendors by keeping it simple: one team from the first sketch to the housewarming. Our approach starts with listening to your family’s story. Once we understand your vibe, we move to 3D concepts and CAD plans. Before any brick is laid, we sit down for detailed discussions, ensuring our ideas match your taste. ### Our Stages 1. Design & Approval: We finalize 3D renders and floor plans. You know exactly what you are paying for before construction begins. 2. Site Execution: Whether it is a 30x40 duplex or a large villa, we document the structural foundation work, footing concrete, and masonry. You will see our team at the site, managing material selection—like hand-picking Italian marble or teakwood—ensuring quality control at every stage. 3. Transparency: We provide regular updates, virtual walkthroughs, and even 'render vs. reality' comparisons. If you are an NRI or based outside the city, you will never feel disconnected from your project's progress. We bridge the gap between architectural plans and the home you finally walk into. ## About DB Architects We are DB Architects. For us, building a house is about making your dream a reality.
