You see the raw teak or ash wood, the traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, and the upholstery progress in real-time. Whether it is a specific wood grain pattern or a custom leg height you need, we adjust the design right on the workshop floor before the final polish is applied. Our workshop in Vasai is where everything happens. We start with raw timber, sharpen our own tools, and assemble everything by hand. We do not take shortcuts. If you are looking for solid wood dining tables, custom chairs, or heavy-duty sofas, this is where they come to life. ### Why Build in the Workshop? When you work with a studio directly, you skip the middleman. You get to decide the wood type, the stain, and the comfort level. We use: - **Solid Timber:** Teak and Ash for strength. - **Traditional Joinery:** Mortise-and-tenon joints, not just glue and nails. - **Quality Control:** I personally inspect every single piece before it leaves our floor, checking for wobble and finish quality. We handle projects across Mumbai and ship throughout India. Whether you are an interior designer working on a commercial project or a homeowner looking for one special chair, you are welcome to discuss your requirements. We focus on durability, wood grain integrity, and practical design that lasts. ## About Darsh Designs I am Darsh. I live for the sound of the grinder and the smell of fresh polish.
