We do not focus on perfect technique, we focus on the energy, the sweat, and the laughter. You will find us moving to everything from 90s Bollywood classics to the latest chart-toppers in a space that feels like a party, not a classroom. Think of this as your designated 'me time.' At Dancing Mantras, we have built a community where dance fitness meets genuine choreography. We know it can be intimidating to walk into a new studio, so we have created an environment that is strictly no-judgment. Whether you are coming in to learn specific routines for a sangeet or just looking to blow off steam after a long work week, you will find your tribe here. ### Why Our Ladies Batches Hit Different - **It is a Vibe, Not a Drill:** We do not believe in drilling steps until they are perfect. We believe in movement, rhythm, and having a blast. If you miss a step, just keep moving. That is the mantra. - **The Studio Experience:** Our Sector 116 studio is your home base. With splash-painted walls and aesthetic lighting, it is the perfect spot to film your progress videos or just feel good while you practice. - **Variety of Styles:** From graceful semi-classical numbers to high-energy Bollywood fitness routines, we keep our playlists fresh. We rotate through different styles to keep your body guessing and your energy high. ### Practical Details We keep our groups intimate enough that everyone gets enough space, but large enough to keep the collective energy buzzing. Classes run on flexible weekday schedules, making it easier to balance your commitments. You do not need to bring anything other than comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and your best energy. We take care of the rest. ## About Dancing Mantras I am Nishant, and when I started these ladies-only batches, I wanted to build more than a class. I wanted to build a tribe. We are all about ditching the stress, finding that hour of the day for yourself on the dance floor, and just vibing with a group that hypes you up. Come as you are, leave with a smile and a little more rhythm.
