We keep the atmosphere light so you can focus on having fun without any pressure. I started Dancing Mantras with one simple idea: dance should be for everyone. We do not chase perfection here. We chase the vibe. In my group classes at Sector 21 and Sector 116, we cover everything from high-octane Bollywood hits to trending Punjabi tracks. We keep the groups mixed, so you might be dancing alongside a 4-year-old or a 60-year-old who has better moves than all of us. The studios are designed for this energy. Sector 21 gives you that spacious, minimalist stadium feel perfect for large group formations, while our Sector 116 studio brings the artistic flair with those splash-painted walls. Every class is a mix of cardio, choreography, and pure community energy. We usually start with a warm-up, dive into the routine, and end with everyone just letting loose on the floor. If you are looking for a place to de-stress after work or just want to pick up a new hobby, come through. We make sure the environment is judgment-free, so leave your hesitation at the door and just bring your energy. ## About Dancing Mantras I am Nishant, and Dancing Mantras is my attempt to build a community that loves to move as much as I do.
