I keep my corporate wellness workshops structured but flexible, focusing on popular Bollywood hits that everyone knows. We start with non-dance games to get everyone comfortable before moving into easy-to-learn choreography. The goal is to get your team interacting, laughing, and shaking off office stress. ### Logistics and setup We can run these sessions directly at your office in Delhi NCR using your conference room or canteen, or you can bring the team to my studio in Noida. Each 90-minute session includes a lead choreographer and an assistant to ensure we manage the energy levels perfectly, whether you have 15 employees or 50.
