We swap strict technique for pure energy. You will see us laughing as much as we are moving, and that is exactly the point. It is not about a polished performance; it is about finding that raw, unfiltered joy in movement that we often forget to look for as adults. I started 'Dance It Out' because dance was my safe space, a place where I could just be me. Bringing that to community initiatives like our International Dance Day celebrations is the highlight of my year. These sessions aren't about rigid training or counting beats until you are exhausted. They are about creating a shared rhythm where everyone, regardless of their background or previous experience, feels invited to join in. At these workshops, we keep the choreography simple and accessible. We break down the moves not to test your memory, but to help you feel the music. It is a space where being 'imperfect' is actually a requirement. Watching the kids at the foundation pick up a groove and own it with their own unique flair is a reminder of why I do what I do. If you have been looking for a sign to step out of your shell and just move, this is it. We create a judgment-free zone where you don't need fancy shoes or years of practice. You just need to show up with an open mind. Whether it is a Bollywood hit that makes you want to jump or a soulful track that helps you slow down, we are here to explore it all together.
