I spend over a month on these shows, ensuring every child, from the youngest to the seniors, feels confident on stage. When you hire us for a school function, we do not just teach a routine; we manage the entire performance flow from music selection to final costume cues. School events are a different beast compared to weddings or studio classes. At CJS Public School, we have choreographed for six years straight, managing batches of hundreds of students simultaneously. It takes about a month and a half of consistent rehearsals to pull this off properly. We focus on storytelling—mythological plays, energetic western medleys, and traditional folk dances—making sure every student has a moment to shine, regardless of their skill level. Beyond big stage shows, I love training individual students for competitions like the Punjab State Dance Sports Championship or local school talent hunts. Whether it is Bhangra, Bollywood, or classical forms like Kathak, we look at the specific criteria the judges want. It is about building that stage presence. Many parents come to us because their child loves to dance but gets nervous under the lights. My goal is to fix that, making sure they walk on, perform, and walk off feeling like a winner, regardless of the trophy. If you are a school principal looking for a professional partner for your annual function, or a parent needing competition coaching, let us chat. ## About Dance Factory by Manpreet Sat Sri Akal!
