We keep our batch sizes capped at 12 students, which is crucial because I do not just want you to follow steps. Whether you are struggling with a rhythm cycle or using resistance bands for flexibility training, I personally check your alignment to ensure you are building strength, not picking up bad habits. At Agmi, the space is built to be a family adda, but do not let the casual vibe fool you. When it comes to choreography, I am strict about the basics. Our Bhangra classes, held on Monday and Thursday, are about high energy and stamina. If you are looking for something expressive, our hip-hop and semi-classical batches allow for that creative release. I ensure that every session, regardless of the style, includes a warmup focusing on mobility and flexibility. We use props like resistance bands to help you stretch safely, because a dancer who understands their own body is a dancer who excels. What you see in our studio is a mix of hard work and joy. You will see students learning to respect the floor, organizing the props, and supporting each other. That discipline is why we see such rapid growth in our students. We offer these classes in our Paschim Vihar studio, but we also run hybrid batches for those who cannot travel.
