Kristina brings the high-energy Bollywood vibe, while Pushpendra breaks down the urban and hip-hop techniques, ensuring you get the steps right without feeling intimidated. We keep our batches small and focused so we can correct your posture, help you master the musicality, and make sure you feel confident enough to perform, even if you are just starting out. We started Dance & Fitness Stream because we wanted to create a space in Mumbai where you don't need a professional background to walk in and own the floor. Whether you are looking for a Bolly-Hop workshop, intense Garba training, or just a weekend escape from the daily grind, we have a spot for you. Our approach is simple: dance should be a celebration, not a stress test. We operate out of professional partner studios like Aco in Kandivali West and DOI Heritage in Malad West, providing you with wooden sprung floors, full-length mirrors, and air-conditioned comfort. We focus on teaching you the foundations of styles like K-Pop, Hip-Hop, and Bollywood, with a heavy emphasis on fitness and confidence building. Because we limit our batch sizes to 15 students, you get individual attention from us, not just a generic routine.
