These articles serve as a public record of the effectiveness of the training curriculum at the Self Defence School of Indian Karate, where we bridge traditional Kalri-N-Ryu techniques with competitive sport requirements. Success in the ring is the result of consistent, disciplined effort inside the dojo. When my students are featured in publications like Vidhyavani, it is a testament to the hours spent mastering stances, refining their kata, and building the necessary endurance through our integrated yoga conditioning. My training methodology is designed to prepare students for real-world scenarios and competitive arenas. We focus on two core pillars: * **Technical Precision:** Mastering the fundamentals of Kalri-N-Ryu, including specific strikes, blocks, and kicks that are essential for high-level sparring (Kumite). * **Mental Conditioning:** Using the principles of traditional martial arts to build focus and calm, ensuring students remain sharp under the pressure of a championship setting. Whether a student aims for a black belt or a national medal, the path remains the same: daily practice and a commitment to the lineage passed down by my masters. We currently operate out of Nagarbhavi and Chandra Layout in Bengaluru, providing a structured environment where students of all ages can develop their physical and mental strength. These media features are not just highlights of past wins; they represent the ongoing standard of excellence we strive for in every training session. ## About Dada I am Dada, a dedicated teacher of Kalri-N-Ryu and Kundalini Yoga.
