My life? All about martial arts and yoga. I run Self Defence School of Indian Karate and Kundalini Yoga Shala – discipline, practice, and a bit of sweat. I’ve won some Yogasana medals, but honestly, watching my students like Neeraj go from state champ to national winner, that’s the real high. Everything I teach, it’s from my masters, especially my Guru Shrinivas. Shastras say: be sharp in mind and strong in body.
