We prepare it without any artificial colours or preservatives, making it a safe, sweet treat for kids or a thoughtful addition to a gift hamper. Every jar in this collection is a little window into our family kitchen. When we started, it was just about keeping my mother-in-law's secret recipes alive, but now we share that same taste with homes across India and even in Canada. Our process is simple and old-school. We don't use machinery to clean the mangoes or fruits; it is all done by hand to ensure the quality matches what we feed our own children. Whether it is the syrupy Amla Murabba or our Chatpati Amla Candy, we rely on sugar and natural ingredients to do the preserving. ### What we make: * **Traditional Murabbas:** From the cooling Bel Murabba to the chewy Gajar variety, these are slow-cooked to let the cardamom-infused syrup penetrate the fruit core. * **Healthy Snacks:** Our Amla Candies are a quick way to get your Vitamin C. The sweet version is dusted with sugar, while our Chatpati variant uses black pepper and rock salt for a tangy kick. * **Festive Hampers:** Our mixed fruit gift boxes are designed for when you want to share a piece of tradition during Diwali or other celebrations. We know it is hard to trust store-bought items, which is why we keep our methods transparent. No shortcuts, just the honest, asli swaad of a Daadi or Naani's kitchen. ## About Daadi Naani Homemade I am Sita Rani, and I make these preserves using the exact recipes my sasu maa (mother-in-law) taught me. We are a family-run setup where my kids help with the marketing and I handle the kitchen, ensuring every order is packed with genuine care.
