Our customers aren't just buying pickles; they are recreating those childhood memories of stealing a bite from the kitchen jar. Whether it is a daughter packing a batch for her hostel or a family requesting a shipment to Canada, our small-batch process ensures you get that raw, mustard-oil kick you expect from a home kitchen, not a factory line. ### More Than Just A Pickle When we started this journey, it was never about mass production. It was about preserving my mother-in-law's secret recipes. Every jar you see in our gallery is hand-cleaned and packed in our own kitchen, ensuring the Ram Kela mangoes and fresh seasonal vegetables retain their crunch and tang without needing artificial colors. ### Why Our Process Matters - **Small Batch Quality:** We don't use heavy machinery that crushes the ingredients. By keeping production small, we ensure every piece of mango or vegetable is properly coated in our traditional mustard oil and spice mix. - **Preservative-Free Approach:** You won't find fake additives here. We use traditional preservation techniques, relying on high-quality spices and oil, which is why our pickles are requested by families as far away as Canada. - **A True Family Effort:** From the marketing ideas my kids bring to the table to my own time spent in the kitchen, this is a family operation. When you order from us, you are supporting a home business, not a faceless brand. ### What Our Customers Say It brings us immense joy to see our jars on supermarket shelves and in Amazon packages across the country. Our customers love us because the taste is consistent. Whether it is our classic Mango Pickle, the spicy Garlic option, or our easy-to-use Chole Masala, we make sure every product tastes like it was prepared for a family meal at home. ## About Daadi Naani Homemade We are a family-run kitchen dedicated to bringing grandmother's secret recipes to your table.
