Every athlete entering our academy begins with a formal diagnostic session to audit their current technical skills and physical readiness. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training; we set clear, quarterly milestones for every player, tracking their growth from basic footwork or ball handling to match-ready performance. ### Our Approach to Development We bridge the gap between weekend hobbyists and competitive athletes. Our academy is built on the belief that young players need professional, standardized feedback to truly improve. #### The Coaching Standard We maintain a strict 1:12 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures every child gets actual attention, not just general instructions shouted from the sidelines. Our coaches are certified—AFC/AIFF for football and state-level for basketball—meaning the feedback you get is technical, accurate, and actionable. #### Training & Infrastructure We train at premium venues like NPS Sarjapur and the MAHE campus in Yelahanka. We use professional-grade artificial turf and synthetic courts to ensure the environment matches the intensity of the sport. We provide all the necessary drills, from ladder sets to cone work, to build the physical foundation of a champion. #### Tracking Your Progress We do not guess how your child is doing. Every quarter, we issue assessments that cover: - Physical conditioning and fitness levels - Technical skill execution - Socio-affective growth (leadership and team spirit) This isn't just about training. It is about a pathway. High-performing students are shortlisted for our Elite Squad, where they gain exposure to external tournaments, scouting opportunities, and high-stakes competition. If you are ready to stop playing for fun and start playing for keeps, this is where you begin. ## About D5 Sports We are D5 Sports, and we are obsessed with the process of getting better. We started this to give kids that professional, big-league feeling with real coaching and actual pathways to competition. We love seeing the grit in our players, and we are here to help them turn that passion into real results.
