From high-impact reception areas to deep-focus executive cabins, here is a look at the commercial spaces I have brought to life. ## Photos and videos - ![This is what I mean by making an entrance. For the Aarti Research & Technology Center, I wanted to create a lobby that felt dynamic and alive. We combined a custom faceted reception desk with a lush moss wall for branding, and used a mix of wood and stone flooring to guide visitors through the space.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/65e4b50c-8a2e-4ed4-a98c-db7d6c40717d) - ![An executive cabin should feel powerful and inspiring. I designed this space with a stunning view, a bold sputnik chandelier, and a custom gold-finished shelving unit that adds a touch of luxury without being stuffy. I designed this U-shaped boardroom with a dramatic, black acoustic ceiling that absorbs sound and adds incredible visual texture. The custom table and integrated lighting make it a highly functional and impressive space.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c26d8935-67cd-418b-bd34-4cfce17f7630) - ![First impressions are everything. I designed this reception desk to be a piece of sculpture, with faceted angles that catch the light. Paired with the green moss wall and glowing company logo, it sets a creative and modern tone the second you walk in.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/133d1a54-b614-4411-b2ea-aaa0381e9c2f) - ![Warmth and sophistication were the goals for this executive cabin. I used rich wood paneling to create a cozy yet professional atmosphere. To showcase the company's milestones, I designed this feature wall as an abstract mountain range using stone veneer. From an empty parking lot to figuring out wiring and finishing ceilings, this is the real, unfiltered journey of turning a blank space into something special. It gets messy before it gets pretty.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/d2dcc3bf-fc36-424e-8ffa-28777d68b07f) ## About Featured Most of the offices you see here started as blank, echo-filled shells. Whether it is integrating acoustic baffles to kill board-room noise or custom-fabricating furniture that fits awkward corners, my focus remains on one thing: a space that works as hard as your team does. If you like this aesthetic, we should talk about your floor plan before you commit to any civil work. ### How I approach a blank office space Design is not just about making things look pretty on a render; it is about how the space functions at 3 PM on a Tuesday. I see a lot of offices that feel cold or plain. My goal is to change that by focusing on three pillars: acoustic comfort, smart circulation, and brand personality. #### The acoustic reality Nothing kills productivity like a noisy boardroom. In these featured projects, you will see a lot of acoustic baffles and specialized ceiling treatments. I do not just put these up for looks; they are calculated to dampen echo. If your current office feels like a gym hall, we need to fix the ceiling, not just buy better chairs. #### Why I love custom furniture Commercial catalog furniture often leaves dead space. I prefer building one-of-a-kind consoles and desks that actually fit your room's dimensions. Take a look at the console in the photos—it combines drawer and shutter storage, built specifically to hide the clutter that usually accumulates in a cabin. #### The process It gets messy before it gets professional. Designing and executing these spaces in Mumbai and Bengaluru usually involves a fair bit of dust, late-night site supervision, and constant coordination. When you work with me, you are getting the full, unfiltered journey—from empty concrete floors to the final handover. If you are ready for a workspace that actually helps your team perform, let’s start with a chat about your current pain points. ## About Dollar Dedhia I am Dollar.
