Our New Colony branch is massive, and we have dedicated specific zones so whether you are here for serious hypertrophy or just want to blow off steam, you have the room to do it. ### Your Workout, Your Way - **Strength & Cardio:** We have rows of dumbbells, heavy-duty squat racks, deadlift platforms, and top-tier cardio machines. Our dedicated turf zone is built for high-intensity movement. - **Group Classes:** If you are bored with solo lifting, join our high-energy Zumba, Bhangra, or Yoga sessions.
