I chose vintage-style chairs with cane webbing and rich, fluted wood paneling to add texture and character. For this project, I prioritized booth-style seating against the walls to keep the central floor area open, ensuring the cabin functions for both client meetings and daily work without feeling cramped. It is about balancing the visual style with the actual movement inside the room. My design philosophy for commercial spaces is simple: make every inch earn its keep. When I approached the Coral Vintage office project, the challenge was to create a professional environment that felt warm rather than clinical. I used fluted wood panels and layered lighting to add depth, which naturally makes a narrow space feel wider. We installed custom display niches for decor and a glass entrance door, which allows natural light to flood the area. ### Why smart office layout matters: * **Flow:** Even in tight footprints, you need a clear path for clients to walk through without hitting furniture. * **Multi-functional furniture:** In small offices, I often design storage into the seating itself, using booth benches to eliminate the need for bulky side cabinets. * **Color Theory:** Using earthy, consistent tones avoids the visual noise that makes a small room feel cluttered. Whether you need a full turnkey execution where I handle everything from electrical rewiring to the final styling, or just design consultancy to plan your floor layout, I focus on creating a workspace that matches your brand energy. I document the entire process, including the messy mid-construction phases, so you know exactly what is happening inside your walls. ## About Curated Spaces I’m Aakanksha, and I believe your workspace should be a mirror of your brand’s energy.
