You get me, Chef Nitin, personally overseeing the kitchen, and my wife, Chitraa, managing the logistics and vendor coordination. We believe in showing up 3 to 4 hours before the event starts because that is the only way to ensure the setup is seamless and the service is stress-free before your first guest arrives. My journey with food spans over 30 years, including 16 years spent in 5-star hotel kitchens. When I launched Cuisineo in 2012, I did not want to be just another service provider. I wanted to change the way catering works in Delhi NCR by bringing hospitality discipline to private events. ### The Core Team The real backbone of Cuisineo is my wife, Chitraa. While I focus on the culinary craft—ensuring the flavors are authentic and the ingredients are top-tier—she handles the operational chaos. Whether it is coordinating with vendors for a large event or managing the minute details of an intimate home dinner, she makes sure the backend is as polished as the food on your plate. ### Why Experience Matters We have seen it all. From cozy house parties in Gurugram to catering for large-scale events like the Prateek Kuhad concert, our team is trained to handle pressure. We do not believe in last-minute rushes. Our staff, many with over two decades of experience in hospitality, know that the secret to a great event is preparation. We arrive early, set up with precision, and leave your venue spotless. ### Our Kitchen Philosophy I have always said, "Khana mehanga nahi, mazedaar hona chaiye" (Food should not just be expensive, it should be delicious). We source premium ingredients because that impacts the final taste. If you are looking for reliable catering in Delhi or Gurugram that values hygiene and actual culinary skill over shortcuts, you have come to the right place. We invite you to treat us as partners in your event, not just contractors. ## About Cuisineo I am Chef Nitin Sharma, and Cuisineo is my passion project built over 13 years of serving Delhi NCR. Along with my wife, Chitraa, and our experienced team, we bring 5-star hotel discipline and homemade love to your table.
