Whether it is keeping the dal makhani hot until 11:45 PM at a wedding or setting up for a kid's birthday, our team ensures the food is served fresh and hot, exactly when your guests need it. We know that in catering, the timing is just as important as the taste. ### Why Our Clients Keep Coming Back We have spent over a decade catering to events across Delhi NCR, and we have learned that a great party is defined by how the host feels. When you look at the feedback from our clients, two things come up every single time: the food quality and the stress-free experience. #### What You Can Expect * **Consistency:** Whether we are serving a party of 10 or a wedding of 1,000, the quality does not change. We use premium, high-quality ingredients, which is why guests specifically mention dishes like our Dal Makhani or live Jalebi counters. * **Managing the Kitchen:** We show up 3-4 hours early. This is not just for show—it is so that by the time your first guest arrives, the kitchen is humming, the counters are ready, and the staff is in place. * **Dietary Flexibility:** We handle diverse requests, from pure Jain and Satvik meals to complex non-veg spreads, without compromising on flavor. As one client noted, even their guests were surprised that an onion-garlic-free menu could taste so good. #### Frequently Asked Questions **Do you handle the cleanup?** Yes, for our full-service buffets, our team handles everything from setup to post-event cleanup. You should not be cleaning up when your event ends. **How far in advance do you need a booking?** Since we operate with a limited, high-quality team, it is best to book us as soon as your venue is confirmed, especially for weekend dates in Gurugram. **Can I customize the menu based on these reviews?** Absolutely. Every menu we build is custom. If you loved a particular setup or dish mentioned in a review, we can recreate that for your event. ## About Cuisineo I am Chef Nitin Sharma.
