For Ganesh Chaturthi, kids make eco-friendly idols with leaves. During Independence Day, they learn patriotic songs like 'Nanhe munne rahi hoon' to understand the history behind the pride. It is all about making traditions feel real and accessible for their little hands. Festivals at our Koramangala and Hebbal centers are never just about a party; they are integrated into our curriculum to foster a sense of belonging. Whether it is Independence Day or Republic Day, we focus on instilling national pride through age-appropriate activities. During our August assemblies, you will see kids singing patriotic songs with genuine spirit, which helps them connect with the country’s history beyond textbooks. For harvest festivals like Sankranti or Onam, we prioritize sensory learning. We make floral Pookalams or kite crafts, allowing kids to engage with textures and colors. Christmas is another time when our centers transform, not just with decorations, but with craft activities where kids build their own reindeer and Santa masks. This celebration-as-education approach ensures that even our youngest toddlers get a feel for the cultural fabric of India, all while having fun with their friends. It keeps our community inclusive and vibrant, giving parents a glimpse of the traditions we cherish as a second home. ## About Cubby Tales We started Cubby Tales nine years ago just wanting a happy place for kids to play. Today, it’s a second home where we celebrate everything from Onam to Christmas with the same enthusiasm we put into our daily activities. We believe in letting children grow at their own pace, surrounding them with laughter, culture, and plenty of fun.
