This ensures that when a player works on their serve or footwork, they are drilling alongside peers who are at the same competitive stage, making every 90-minute session efficient and high-intensity. Progression is at the heart of our junior program. We move players from simple rally consistency into complex match-play tactics, ensuring they develop the tools needed for the AITA circuit or casual competitive play. ### The Training Framework Our sessions are built on three pillars: * **Technical Foundation:** We emphasize biomechanically correct forehands, backhands, and serves, utilizing color-coded batches so kids play with balls that suit their rally length and control. * **Conditioning & Agility:** Tennis is a game of movement. We dedicate specific portions of every session to ladder drills, footwork patterns, and core stamina, ensuring players can handle the demands of a long match. * **The Champion Mindset:** I teach students that a loss is just a lesson. Whether we are training on the outdoor courts at Vicinia or our indoor facilities at Off The Mark in Powai—where the rain never stops our practice—we focus on mental toughness and strategic thinking. ### Why Our Approach Works Unlike generic coaching, our curriculum is shaped by my active experience on the ITF World Masters Tour. We provide a pathway that takes a child from learning to grip the racket to navigating tournament pressure. We keep groups small, typically at a 6:1 to 8:1 ratio, so every player receives individual correction on their form. ## About CS Tennis Academy I’m Chand, an active ITF World Masters player, and I pour my tournament experience into every session at CS Tennis Academy.
