Whether we are correcting your grip and swing path or drilling glass defense tactics, this hour is entirely dedicated to your progress, with me acting as your sparring partner to control the pace and intensity. ### Why choose 1-on-1 coaching? Group batches are great for energy, but private training is where we unlock your true potential. In these 60-minute sessions at our Powai facility, there is nowhere to hide and no distractions. We use this time for intense technical correction, analyzing your biomechanics, and simulating match pressure so you can actually handle the heat when it counts. ### What we cover - **Technical Precision:** We break down your swing path, footwork, and grip. If you are struggling with a specific shot, we drill it until it becomes muscle memory. - **Tactical Awareness:** I act as your partner, controlling the ball to test your court positioning and glass defense. You learn not just how to hit, but where and why to hit. - **Personalized Feedback:** You get immediate, actionable feedback on every rally. No generic advice, just what you need to improve. ### Practical Details - **Venue:** We train at the floodlit, semi-indoor hard court at Supreme Business Park, Powai. You get privacy and consistent playing conditions. - **Logistics:** Please note we have a strict pay-before-play policy. A one-time registration fee of INR 500 applies to new joiners. - **Schedule:** Slots are available Tuesday to Friday, between 6-8 AM and 4-6 PM. Since this is high-intensity training, please arrive on time so we can make the most of the hour. ## About CS Tennis Academy I’m Chand. For me, tennis isn’t just a game, it is a way of life.
