## About Handmade Rakhis for Raksha Bandhan

Since I make every piece to order, I need a little lead time to get the tension and details right. If you want a specific name or color combination, reach out early so I can finish your order with the care it deserves.

Raksha Bandhan is all about the bond, not the plastic packaging. My crochet rakhis offer a warmer, more personal touch compared to mass produced alternatives. I use 4 ply yarn to ensure each design holds its shape, whether it is a simple heart motif or a complex Captain America shield for the superhero fans.

Everything is made from scratch. When you order a name rakhi, I embroider the text onto the base by hand, matching your requested thread colors. If you need a set for a brother and bhabhi, I can coordinate the evil eye or color themes to make sure they look great together.

Ordering timeline:
Handmade work takes patience. I recommend placing your order at least 15 to 30 days before the festival. This allows me enough time to source the right shades, craft the item, and ensure the shipping is handled correctly. If you have a bulk requirement for family gatherings or office events, please reach out even earlier.

Quality and care:
These are not just for the wrist. Many customers tell me they repurpose the bands as bookmarks or keychains later. Because they are made of yarn, they are lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. To keep them looking fresh, just keep them away from direct water contact. If you are outside Mysuru, I ship via standard courier services, and tracking details will be shared once the package is dispatched.
