We use 4-piece leather balls, sidearm throw-downs, and video analysis to force players to adapt to match-pace intensity daily. This is the exact environment that helped players like Sweta Sehrawat and Tanuja Kanwar build the technical and mental toughness required to make their national debuts. ### How We Build Pros Transitioning from local club cricket to professional leagues requires more than just good technique. It demands high-pressure exposure and mental resilience. Our 'Pathway to Pro' program is designed to bridge this gap. **Real-World Match Experience** We believe you cannot learn cricket in a vacuum. Our students regularly play against international-level teams and compete in high-stakes tournaments like the Delhi Premier League. These aren't just practice games; they are opportunities to face real match pressure, learn decision-making, and handle the nerves that come with playing in front of crowds. **Individualized Technical Correction** We do not believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' curriculum. Whether a player is a budding pace bowler or a top-order batter, our mentors—including former first-class cricketers—conduct intensive one-on-one sessions. We use high-speed video analysis to break down mechanics, from grip and stance to the final follow-through. If you are struggling with a specific flaw, we fix it at the root using specialized drills rather than just telling you to 'practice more'. **The 'Cricket Family' Support** Success is lonely without the right people around you. Our coaches, including specialized female mentors, provide the psychological support and strategic guidance necessary to navigate the highs and lows of a professional career. Our community is built on mutual support, where senior players and alumni often return to guide those just starting their journey. * **Facilities:** Astro-turf and matting wickets. * **Focus:** Strength & Conditioning (S&C) integrated into the schedule. * **Goal:** Preparing students for BCCI-level trials and franchise leagues. ## About City Cricket Academy At City Cricket Academy, we aren't just teaching cricket shots; we are building careers. I believe in giving every player—especially those dreaming of the national team—the exact technical foundation and match exposure they need to succeed.
