Our mentors are not just experienced players; they hold BCCI Level 2 certifications and stay active in the professional circuit, such as working as sidearm specialists for the Delhi U-25 squad. This means they are bringing real-time, high-intensity match knowledge directly into your training sessions, not just teaching textbook theory. ### Why Coaching Certification Matters Cricket has evolved, and the way it is coached must evolve too. At City Cricket Academy, we prioritize continuous learning for our mentors. Our head coaches attend training modules at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru and learn under veterans like former Indian fielding coach R. Sridhar. This ensures that the techniques, fitness drills, and mental strategies we teach are modern, safe, and effective. ### Our Coaching Philosophy We believe that for a student to grow, the coach must be a student of the game first. Our mentors maintain an active presence in competitive cricket, which keeps them sharp and aware of what selectors look for. Whether it is refining your grip, improving your sidearm defense, or preparing for high-pressure tournament situations, our team uses their practical exposure to help you: * **Bridge the gap:** We turn raw talent into technical skill through rigorous, certified curriculum. * **Prepare for conditions:** Learn how to handle different pitches, from astroturf to matting. * **Understand pressure:** Our coaches draw from their own experience in state-level match scenarios to mentor you on match-day temperament. Ultimately, our coaches are here to build a foundation. Sapne bade to mehnat badi (If dreams are big, the hard work is bigger), and our certified team is here to ensure that your hard work is always directed in the right way. ## About City Cricket Academy We are a cricket family built on discipline, hard work, and shared goals. Our mentors are former first-class players and BCCI-certified coaches who treat every student's growth personally. We don't just teach the game; we prepare you to play it at the highest level.
