## About High-Performance Program for Elite Cricketers

We’re City Cricket Academy, and for us, *Sapne bade to mehnat badi* (big dreams need big effort) isn’t just a saying - it’s how we live every day. This program is where the grind meets the dream, for those who aren’t satisfied with just playing, but want to stand out in professional cricket.

### Who’s This For?

- Current IPL, Ranji, and international players
- Serious U-16, U-19 cricketers pushing for pro careers
- Pros prepping for tournaments, international players adapting to Indian conditions

### Our Training Style

We go way beyond basics. Every session is tailored:

- **Batting:** Focus on advanced skill refinement for cricketers. One-on-ones for technique, shot selection, and balancing drills, plus tennis ball sessions for head position.
- **Bowling:** Pacers get tips from ex-pros like Parvinder Awana; spinners learn from legends like Piyush Chawla. We build muscle memory for high-pressure matches.
- **Fielding & Wicket-Keeping:** No shortcuts - high-intensity drills, with special emphasis on game awareness for professional players.

### Mind, Body, Game

You’ll train with a tough fitness routine and mental conditioning. We use meditation for focus and core cricket-specific conditioning so you can handle the grind.

### Mentors and Results

Mentors like Akash Sudan, Sehwag, and Raina actually spend time guiding you. Humare mentors har player pe individually dhyaan dete hain (mentors give personal attention). Our players end up in the IPL, on India’s teams, and smashing records - because for us, *goal yahi hai ki India khelna* (the goal is to play for India).

## Meet your expert

[City Cricket Academy](https://mytribe.in/cricketcity)

### My story

City Cricket Academy started with a simple dream - not just cricket, but a family. Hum chahte the sabko mauka mile, especially ladkiyon ko (We wanted everyone, especially girls, to get a chance). From Delhi to Mumbai, Bangalore tak pahunche hain, but jo mehnat ka rang bataye vo daag acche hai (the stains of hard work are good). Legends walk in, kids chase big dreams, and every small win matters. This journey is for anyone who loves the game, wants to grow, and feels at home here.

### My work

- **Cricket coaching for all ages**: We train kids, teens, adults - beginners to pros. Women's cricket coaching is a big focus.
- **Individual attention & holistic growth**: Hamare coaches har bacche pe dhyan dete hain (Our coaches focus on each child), building strong basics and discipline.
- **State-level cricket facilities**: Our grounds have wickets like state matches, safe and clean. Parents trust us, especially for girls.
- **Mentoring by legends**: Players like Sehwag and Chawla guide our students. Many alumni play Ranji, Duleep Trophy, even for India.
