We operate a fully equipped ground in R.K. Puram featuring floodlights for night matches, but what truly matters is our inclusive approach—including free training for 12+ students from the local government school. Whether you are a 5-year-old taking your first stance or an U-19 player aiming for professional trials, our focus is on individual growth through daily practice and real match exposure. ### Our Approach to Cricket Cricket at BGN is about discipline and dedication. We focus on core strengthening, fielding mechanics, and match temperament. Our coaching philosophy blends modern technique with traditional 'desi' exercises to ensure our players are powerful, agile, and match-ready. ### Facilities & Match Experience Our R.K. Puram ground is designed for total immersion. We have center wickets, concrete and turf practice nets, and a floodlight setup for evening practice and day-night matches. We don't just practice; we play. Our internal BGN Premier League and competitive matches against other academies give players the pressure-testing they need to succeed. ### A Professional Pathway We aren't just coaching; we're creating opportunities. Our trainees have participated in IPL net bowling sessions, and we use video analysis to correct actions, track progress on CricHeroes, and prepare players for state-level and BCCI selection. Our U-14 to U-19 senior professional batch is specifically designed for those serious about taking their game to the next level. ### Inclusive Coaching We believe in equal opportunity. Our free coaching initiative for local government school students is the heart of what we do. From our Junior Foundation Program (U-12) to our Elite Tournament Squads, every session is designed to make you a better athlete, not just a better player. ## About BGN Cricket Academy Main hoon Tukeshwar Tokas, aur BGN Cricket Academy mere liye sirf ek business nahi, ek parivaar hai.
