Enquire now to find out final quote. ### Minimum Order Decoration ₹3,000–3,500 is our minimum order value. We provide a proper setup sized to that budget, with scope agreed for the job. Typically ₹3,000-3,500 per event setup (estimate) #### Minimum Order Value ₹3,000–3,500 is the smallest order we accept. We do work worth that budget, with a proper setup sized to it. It is not a cut-down or lesser version. #### Scope for Your Budget There is no fixed list of balloons, structures, props or quantities at this price. The components depend on the agreed scope. The delivered ₹3,500 Varthur birthday ring job is one example in this band. The client supplied the ring stand and cake tables. Its price covered balloons, banner, props, labour and travel, excluding those structures. These are that job's details, not fixed inclusions for every minimum order. ### Standard Home Setup & Fuller Backdrops Around ₹5,000 for a standard home setup with our own materials; a fuller baby-shower reference was quoted at ₹8,000, not a fixed package. Typically ₹5,000-8,000 per event setup (estimate) #### Standard Home Scope A normal home setup near our base is around ₹5,000 and uses our own materials. This is the representative standard-home price, not the minimum-order value. #### Distance-Loaded Price Travel is free within ~20 km of the BTM base. For standard-home jobs beyond ~20 km but still within Bengaluru, ₹6,000–7,000 is all-in, including transport. Nothing is charged on top. The ₹6,000–7,000 figure does not apply outside Bengaluru. He sets out-of-city prices case by case, at his own discretion. There is no fixed out-of-city rate, transport charge or formula. Each out-of-city job needs its own price from him. #### Fuller Baby-Shower Reference A fuller baby-shower reference was quoted at ₹8,000 before negotiation. It was a quote, not a delivered job or fixed package. The reference combined more balloons, greenery, a lit sheer curtain, cutout lettering, blocks and cake-table styling. These describe the quoted reference, not guaranteed inclusions in every setup. Floral decoration is not offered. #### Scope and Price The ₹5,000–8,000 range covers different scope anchors, not one fixed bundle. Specific components depend on the agreed scope. ### Larger Backdrops and Themed Props, Quote Examples ₹11,000–15,000 opening quotes for larger inspiration setups near our base, with the shown decoration supplied and no food. Not fixed packages. Typically ₹11-15K per event setup (estimate) #### Larger-Setup Opening Quotes We quoted these inspiration setups at ₹11,000–15,000 before negotiation. They are not our past work, delivered jobs or fixed packages. A final agreed price could be lower. Your requirement needs its own agreed scope and final price. All three quotes assumed a venue around 10 km from our BTM base, within our free ~20 km travel. #### ₹11,000 Birthday Reference The opening quote includes the black sequin shimmer wall, "Happy Birthday" neon and black and slate/steel-blue chrome balloon columns. We also supply the marquee "25", gold wire display stands, bar chair, red carpet runner and the shown styling props. #### ₹12,000 Anniversary Reference The opening quote includes the gold sequin shimmer wall, printed anniversary board and black and gold chrome balloon work. We supply the shown decoration, but focus lights are extra. Focus lights were quoted at ₹700 each for this setup, separate from the ₹12,000. Four lights add ₹2,800, making ₹14,800 by calculation. This is a reference-specific add-on, not a fixed rate or a separate lighting-rental offer. #### ₹15,000 Racing-Car Reference The opening quote includes the backdrop panels, red, black and light blue balloon garland and number "6". We also supply the racing-themed cutouts and props, plinths, letter blocks and dessert/cake-table styling props shown. The garden setting is part of the inspiration image. These references do not confirm outdoor or garden decoration. #### Decoration Included, Food Excluded We supply every decoration element shown in each reference, with the anniversary focus lights priced separately. No food is included in any of these quotes: no cake, treats or other edibles. These are inclusions for the quoted references, not a fixed list for every setup at these prices. #### Larger Setups Beyond ~20 km Beyond our free ~20 km, the larger-setup price rises, including within Bengaluru. We decide the increase case by case, depending on distance. There is no fixed amount or formula. The ₹6,000–7,000 within-Bengaluru all-in standard-home guide does not apply to these larger setups. ## About Party & Event Decoration ### About Me Nanna hesaru Shanth Kumar. I used to make creative gifts and work with photos. That line closed in 2024/25. Now I get real joy from decorating your family events. Whether it's a sanna (small) function at home or a dodda (big) party in a hall, I like making things look special. ### What I Do I handle balloon decoration for these occasions: - Kids' birthdays, including themed birthdays - Naming ceremonies - Baby showers and welcome baby events - Anniversaries - Family get-togethers - Housewarming - Office decoration - Corporate and school events We can do festival decoration if you need no flowers from us. Balloons, drapes, lights and cutouts are options. We do not offer floral decoration, fresh or artificial. ### Decoration Styles Nodi, I can go simple or grand, whatever suits your mood and space. Balloons are my thing - balloon arch decoration, organic garlands, or fun foil characters. If you want custom party backdrops, I can print your photo, set up shimmer walls, or use fabric and fairy lights. Props like cake stands, character cutouts, and small decor items are options. We can also bring cream pleated plinths, a "LOVE" sign and a fairy-lit branch tree. Props depend on the agreed scope. The minimum order value means we do work worth your budget, with a proper setup sized to it. It is not a cut-down or lesser version. There is no fixed inclusion list at the minimum price. A standard home setup uses our own materials. Fuller backdrops have a larger scope. These decoration options are not included at every price. ### Themes & Extras If you have a hosa hosa (new) theme in mind, I love working on it. Jungle, Frozen, Space, Princess, mermaid / under-the-sea, Tom and Jerry - we've done these. We've decorated a 4th birthday in an apartment community hall too. Want extra sparkle? I can arrange LED letter decorations, neon signs, smoke effects, or cold pyro sparklers for dramatic entrances. ### My Promise Decoration doesn't have to be expensive. People say I'm 'cheap and best' - I take that as a compliment. I always try to give elegant decoration for any budget. Nimma mane (your home) or party halls in Bangalore, I cover it all. For big events, I can travel outside Bangalore too. One thing to know: I do full decoration only, with my own balloons and materials. I don't take setup-only jobs where you bring everything and I just come to install it. ### Booking and Price Terms - **Cancellation:** If materials have already been bought for your job, the advance is not refundable. If not, the advance is refundable. Cancelling about a week before the event means a full refund if no materials have been bought. He decides when to buy materials job by job, with no fixed timing. Do not assume a refund at any particular point before the event. The refund depends on materials bought for your job, not the date alone. - **Date changes:** If the decorator is available on the new date, moving is no issue. No fee was mentioned. If he is unavailable, the move is treated as a cancellation under the same materials rule. The advance is not refundable if materials have been bought for your job; otherwise, it is refundable. - **Rain:** There is no refund if it rains after the whole setup is complete. - **Approved reference:** If decor differs from the approved reference, the decorator tries to fix it on-site as much as possible before leaving. This is not a guaranteed redo or return visit. There is no refund once decoration is complete. - **GST:** GST is not added on top of the prices. - **Weekend and festival dates:** Weekends do not cost more. Family-occasion bookings on festival dates may cost more, with any increase decided at the time. There is no fixed amount. This is not an established pricing term for festival decoration itself. ## Highlights Browse through VSD Creative's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/creativestudiogift/party-event-decoration/featured) - [Video: This is a complete jungle theme decoration I did for a first birthday party.
