We help kids counteract the common 'screen hunch' and heavy school bag posture by using hammock-based stretches to decompress the spine and build grip strength, all in a space that feels more like a playground than a classroom. ### Building Strength Through Play We know kids get enough rigid structure at school. Our Mini Flyers program is designed to be the opposite. It is an 8-session curriculum that focuses on 'height confidence,' spatial awareness, and core development. Whether it is learning how to do an Inverted Butterfly or simply swinging to build vestibular balance, every move serves a purpose. ### Why It Works for Kids Modern life for kids often means sitting for hours. Aerial yoga changes that dynamic completely: * **Spine Health:** We use inversions to gently decompress the spine, offering relief from the weight of heavy school bags. * **Motor Skills:** The hammock creates an unstable surface, forcing the brain and body to work together to find balance, which improves overall coordination. * **No Competition:** We keep the vibe chill.
