I use a double-layer crisp sablé cookie base that holds up perfectly under heaps of mascarpone cream and fresh fruit, so you get that satisfying crunch in every single bite without the base going soggy. ### Why go for a statement cake? If you are tired of the same old round sponge cakes, this is where we have some fun. I design these pieces to be the center of your table, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or a big party. ### The Brownie Tower difference Most people think of brownies as simple squares, but I treat them like architecture. My brownie cakes use a dense, fudgy base, not a light sponge. They are heavy, rich, and intensely chocolatey. When I stack them into a tower, they become a showstopper. Because I use high-quality chocolate and decorate with gold accents or edible flowers, they look fancy enough for an upscale event but taste like comfort food. ### Customization is key When you order a monogram tart, we can do any letter or number you need.
