People often ask how a dentist ends up running a bakery. It was a wild shift, but my Amma's love for baking and the joy I saw in my family's eyes pushed me to take the leap. CookieDust by Janice isn't about mass production; it is about those late-night experiments and the thrill of getting a recipe right after a hundred tries. My studio on New BEL Road is where the magic happens. I do not use synthetic creams or artificial essences. If it is a mango donut, you are tasting real Alphonso mango, not some syrupy flavouring. If it is a chocolate bombolini, you are getting high-quality cocoa, not a cheap substitute. My son, Nirvaan, is my toughest critic, and if he approves, I know it is ready for you.
