I actually fold crushed chocolate cake crumbs directly into the crème pâtissière, so you get that intense brownie-milkshake flavour in every single bite. It is a texture riot, and it is exactly why these never stay in stock for long. If you are craving a proper dessert, you have come to the right kitchen. My approach to chocolate is simple: no premixes, no synthetic syrups, and absolutely no shortcuts. Every bombolini starts with an authentic Italian brioche dough that I ferment for 48 hours to get that signature fluffy texture and the perfect white ring. My chocolate collection is built on these foundational bakes. Whether it is the Double Chocolate Boston Creme, which pairs a rich chocolate crème pâtissière with a dark chocolate glaze, or the Cookies and Cream edition packed with Oreo-laced custard, the goal is always a balanced, indulgent experience. I dial down the sweetness to ensure you actually taste the quality of the chocolate, not just the sugar. Everything here is baked in small batches from my kitchen in New BEL Road. Because I keep my process intimate and handcrafted, availability can vary. If you are planning for a weekend treat or a specific celebration, reaching out earlier in the day is always a good move. I deliver across Bengaluru, so you can get these fresh, pillowy treats brought straight to your door without them losing that soft, fresh-out-of-the-fryer quality. ## About CookieDust by Janice I am Janice—a surgeon who traded the scalpel for a spatula.
