I have developed a special jaggery and jowar base that is safe, wholesome, and genuinely delicious, so your little one can have their very own smash cake without any of the nasties. As a mom, I know that 'special' doesn't have to mean 'synthetic'. When you order for a baby shower or a first birthday, you are getting the same quality I insist on for my own son, Nirvaan. My approach to these cakes is simple: ### Why Ingredients Matter I don't use non-dairy creams or pre-mixes. For the little ones, I focus on real dairy, fresh seasonal fruits, and natural sweeteners. If you need a cake that is maida-free, gluten-free, or specifically sweetened with jaggery, I have perfected recipes that actually taste like a treat and not a compromise. ### Designed for the Moment Whether it is a 'Halfway to One' milestone, a Baptism, or an elaborate gender reveal, I love the storytelling aspect of these cakes. I prefer working with Swiss Meringue buttercream rather than heavy fondant. It is lighter, better tasting, and much easier for little hands and mouths. ### Custom Themes Want a 'Coming Soon' theme with tiny baby feet? A gender reveal with a rainbow? Or a classic Baptism cake with delicate angel wings? I am up for it. I handle all the internal structural work for tiered cakes, so you can focus on the party while I handle the logistics. I deliver across Namma Bengaluru with the same care I would use to transport a surgery patient. Let's chat about what you have in mind for your baby's special day. ## About CookieDust by Janice I used to be a surgeon, but now I channel that same precision into making sure your baby's milestone cake is both beautiful and safe. My own little tornado, Nirvaan, is my biggest taste tester, so I promise everything I bake for your little one is made with the same love and real ingredients I use for my own family.
