# Signature Cocktails & House-Infused Pours

We don't do standard pours. At our bar, we build cocktails from the ground up, using house-made cordials and sous-vide infusions to create flavours you won't find anywhere else.

## About Our Signature Pours

The bar at Comorin operates more like a lab. We make our own shrubs, cordials, and infusions in-house, so every drink—from the Pickled Pom Whiskey to our Jamun Ale—tastes like it was built just for you. If you are curious about the process or want a recommendation for your specific palate, just ask the bartender to walk you through the day’s house-aged spirits.

We don't believe in copy-paste recipes. Whether it is the Jamun Ale—a nod to summer holidays using house-made jamun cordial and black salt—or our Pickled Pom Whiskey, every drink is built from scratch. 

We handle the entire process behind the bar, from sous-vide infusions to fermenting our own shrubs like tomato or pomegranate. This allows us to control the texture and balance of every glass. If you visit our locations in Gurugram or Lower Parel, you will find a menu that shifts with the season. We frequently rotate limited-edition batches and host guest bartenders, ensuring that there is always something new to try. 

Our focus is on balancing flavour profiles that resonate with local palates while keeping the drinks crisp and complex. From our crystal-clear milk-washed cocktails to our zero-proof sodas that offer a serious alternative for non-drinkers, we put the same level of detail into every single pour.
