We keep the crunch separate from the curry and the breads warm in their own foil, meaning your meal does not just arrive—it awaits your final touch. Whether you are plating for a quiet weeknight or a festive spread, our multi-container setup ensures the Champaran Mutton stays tender and your crisps remain crisp. ### Rethinking Takeaway We believe high-quality Indian comfort food should not suffer because of a delivery bike. When we send out an order from our kitchen, we are sending a version of the Comorin dining experience. We move away from the 'quick fix' mentality by using high-grade, leak-proof, and biodegradable containers that keep gravies piping hot while maintaining the distinct textures of our sides. ### The Assembly Matters Our dishes are designed for DIY assembly, which is why you see our ingredients packed in separate units. If you order the Paneer Papad Ki Sabzi, the curry is sealed to retain heat, while the papad, herbs, and churma come in their own containers. This prevents the sogginess that ruins so many takeout meals. It ensures that when you sit down to eat, you get that 'fresh from the pan' crunch and aroma. ### What We Deliver Our delivery menu spans our signature regional curries, hearty mains, and our house-made bottled sodas. * **Signature Curries:** From the rich, slow-cooked Champaran Mutton to the spicy, tangy Goan Prawn Balchao, our mains arrive in 450g to 500g portions, perfect for one heavy meal or sharing between two. * **Vegetarian Comfort:** We are proud of our Gucchi Pulao, featuring rare morel mushrooms, and our Sweet Corn Khichdi, which balances comfort with refined flavor profiles. * **Craft Beverages:** Complete your order with our Nimbu Chilli Lemongrass or Rose & Bergamot sodas, bottled and sealed to maintain their fizz and balance. We currently deliver across Delhi NCR and Mumbai, bringing our kitchen energy directly to your home or office. Simply set the table, heat your plates if you like, and follow the simple assembly steps. It is the food you love, handled with the care it deserves. ## About Comorin We are Comorin, the restaurant that believes comfort food deserves a celebration.
