Every session is structured to build a solid physical and mental foundation—we mix Karate for discipline, MMA basics for movement, and gymnastics for agility. At Combat MMA Club, we treat the kids' batch as a core part of our wider parivaar. It is a space where they learn to fall safely, respect their seniors, and master the basics without the pressure of a professional fight ring. We structure our classes to ensure steady progress: - Technical Drills: Pad work and bag work to build coordination and confidence. - Foundations: Karate forms and MMA stance work that teach precision. - Conditioning: Fun, age-appropriate exercises that build strength and agility naturally. - Life Skills: We emphasize that a champion is not someone who never loses, but someone who never stops trying. Classes are held here in Laxmi Nagar, and we keep the batches managed so every child gets proper attention from our instructors.
